We are currently in the process of adding a Housing & Real
Estate Discussion Forum to our site. We are now accepting
Online Applications from individuals ( realtors, brokers, agents, contractors) who are looking to volunteer as
a Moderator. Becoming a Moderator is a position that takes
Knowledge, Responsibility, and Dedication to be efficient and
successful. If interested, continue to read the details below.
What we are looking
for in our Moderators.
- A Sincere Passion for helping people.

Have valuable knowledge about various aspects as they pertain to the Housing & Real Estate subjects.

Possess the capability to be decisive, fair,
consistent, and mature in regard to forum posts and poster.

Be self driven to participating actively in the Community forums
themselves, at least daily.
Bonus: Someone
who has previous forum experience, especially with VBulletin
forums is much appreciated.
What we are
not looking for
in our Moderators.
- Attitudinal. We do not want Moderators who
think they are above or better than others. Bad attitudes are not
conducive to the overall progression of the Community.
- Immaturity. We want to build a talented and
mature staff team. The last thing we want is someone on a power trip.
- People who dislike helping others. As a staff member, your number one priority will be to help out others, so if you don't enjoy it, you won't enjoy the position either.
- People who want the position only for the title. We
will periodically review our staff to evaluate their performance.
What does moderation involve?
- Visit the Discussion Forum on a continuous
basis. (daily is recommended)
- Create
interesting topics, new threads, (maintain a post minimal average of 8-10 new
posts per week)
- Engage and stimulate
your audience (the section that you moderate)

Most important, build, uplift, and encourage the users and community.
You will have the ability
- to delete, close, re-open, and move threads
and posts in your section.
- If activated,
send private messages to members.

Make sure the terms of use and forum regulation
are enforced at all times.
